OSMANTHUS OOLONG (桂花乌龙)

Osmanthus Oolong Tea is a combination of Oolong tea and Osmanthus flower where both were put together rolled up in a ball when the leaves are freshly picked. Tea leaves were crushed during the process which allows the aroma and Osmanthus oils to enter the structure of the tea leaves.

The aroma of the osmanthus when brewing the tea is subtle but noticeable and is a perfect compliment to the natural aroma of a very lightly roasted Oolong tea. 

This tea is definitely a crowd pleaser.
