After every purchase, we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number that you can use to track your order.
All shipping costs are non-refundable.
All orders within Semenanjung Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak are shipped by our delivery partners. We provide only Domestic Delivery within Malaysia. We are always open to deliver internationally. Let us know if you would like us to deliver to you!
Orders are processed and packed within 24-48 hours of placement of order, excluding weekends and public holidays. All orders placed after 5pm will be processed the next business day.
Our delivery partners will deliver within 2 - 7 business days.
Due to COVID-19, our delivery partners will be reducing contact with our customers, therefore please take note on delivery times to ensure your package gets delivered. Tracking numbers will also be provided after we have shipped your parcel.
If you do not receive your order within 7 working days, have any problems with your delivery, or have any forms of feedback, please contact us soon as possible and we'll help you as best we can.
If you would like to add items after placing an existing order, we would advise you to place an additional order as we do not store your credit card information and cannot process changes made after the order is placed.
We process orders as quickly as possible so cancellations are time sensitive. Cancellations are only accepted for full-priced items within 60 minutes after an order is placed.
If you have to cancel your order, feel free to reach out to us immediately.
We are open to international orders, so feel free to reach out to us if you are outside Malaysia to purchase our teas
We love all our tea products and we are confident that you will love them too, but we understand that mistakes can happen from time to time.

Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we have a no returns or trade-ups policy. Please read the care card that comes along with your package in order to understand the nature of our products.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please email us here with your order number and reason for the refund. If it is deemed damaged, Tea For Folks will refund the cost of that item (exclude shipping costs). Please email us within 3 business days of delivery or you will not receive a refund.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have evaluated the issue and will let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Directly sourcing our teas means that our teas will always be of premium quality which ensures a truly memorable experience whilst maintaining an unbridled taste of authenticity. Tea For Folks will always maintain a freshly replenished inventory which we then hand blend, custom craft and pack by hand.
We seal the leaves in an air-tight vacuum sealed bag to ensure that the leaves does not oxidise, ensuring the flavor, aroma, and strength of the different teas.
At Tea For Folks, we are committed to the quality and consistency of our teas. We will ensure that it always be the same great taste and freshness that you love. We ensure each batch of tea adheres to our rigorous quality standards before sending it out to you.
We have inserted the optimum brewing method for each tea. Our teas can and should be re-steeped. In many cases, you should only re-steep within the first couple of hours of the first infusion.
We have close to 11 teas in our permanent collection and growing!
Once opened, consume our teas within 3-6 months.
The shelf life of tea is largely dependent on how your tea is stored. Keeping your teas away from light, heat, and moisture will ensure the highest quality and longest shelf stability.
Our teas are best stored dry, kept as airtight as possible, out of direct sunlight, and away from heat.
