Shui Xian, the name literally means ‘Water Sprite’ but is also often known as Narcissus. Originated from Wuyishan (Mount Wuyi) Fujian, Shui Xian is part of the Wuyi Cliff Tea family.
The flavours and aromas of our Shui Xian is wonderfully layered and it’s one of those teas that you’ll remember.
Tea sourced from Zhou family who has been making tea in Wuyi mountain area for generations.
Origin: Wu Yi Shan, Fujian Province, China
Tea Grower: Zhou Family
Aroma: Woody, mossy, rocky mineral aroma with orchid fragrance
Taste Notes: Mellow "rock" mineral taste, well pronounced floral sweetness.
